Whatsup moped gangstas? Im Mike(orange Stella) with an "I" from the 30day Scooter gang. Just got done BS'n with Tom in Tower Grove and figured I'd say hey to all you peeps in IRE. I met a few of you at the racetrack last thursday. Tracy, Jim, Rick and some other guy(damn I forgot your name dude-sorry). Love that place. Been running there since last Oct. River Wall road is another classic haul ass spot worth checking out, if you guys havent already.

Anyway, I think I have an air leak in my carb causing me to run a little lean, so Im going out to the garage to wrench on it  ;)

Ah! the smell of 2-stroke.  ;D

I'd love too roll out and meet some more of you guys tonight, but the wife and I scored free tickets to the new Will Ferrell movie, so...

I beleive Jim/James said he knew of the road. Its the gravel road that goes along the river from downtown to the satellite imag-y CIA place in front of INbev. Maybe sometime in the next week or 2 the gangs can hook up and roll out there during the afternoon/evening? There is also a couple spots with some sweet jumps near-by. Anyone like sweet jumps?

Hey Mike, I got my lean situation figured out (sorta), since it was similar to your situation. I figured it was fuel starvation, from somewhere in the carb. I rebuilt my carb, soaked the carb body in acid overnight, put it together, slapped it back in, and WONDERFUL. I was running richer than I was before! I went from a 115 main jet down to a 110 main, and my plug's a great coffee&cream, even @ WOT. (this was back at my normal 2 turns out on the fuel mix screw)
Besides, an air leak should cause a really high idle, which you don't (or didn't) have.

I dunno...carb is act'n crazy now. Just took everything apart, and cleaned everything with carb cleaner. Throttle was sticky - thats fixed now, but there is still some gremlins in it that are still yanky my wanky. Since its definantly a carb issue, Im just going to buy a 24/24, some boyeson reeds, and slap that in it. Been wantin to do that for awhile anyway, and instead of rebuild'n a crappy little Indian made POS, I figure It'd be better to buy a new improved bigger Indian made POS  ;D
