yeah, but i already popped 4 tubes trying to get the tire back on, and one of the spokes bent when i was trying to do it... Lesson learned... Dont do anything w/o the proper tools :p

damn! that sux

there a process with that trueing rims shit. take off the tire and put the rim back on the bike. then spin it. and what does it look like you should do. the spokes are like braces. make it straight, figure it out.  you should look something like this. haha
