have you tried spinning the fly when it gets stuck?
mabe it needs a load or rpms or a bigger hammer.

Yea, it probably would need some custom bracketry.... but there is a mt125 here in lawrence for $250: http://kansascity.craigslist.org/mcy/1827978952.html

Alright, inside of starting a new thread I will just continue you this one going...

So, transmission is fine (we dumb).

However. I hardwired the bike (CDI) and when you spin it over with a drill at slow RPMs the spark is crazy nutso, once you start going much faster than probably a really slow idle, the spark just quits out.

Any ideas?
