Don't get mad, but I have not made much progress on the fast Bat since STL, mainly because I still need to add a second internal ignition coil to the stater plate and treats has not gotten them back in stock. I do not have a spare Puch CDI stater plate lying around that I can rip parts off, but I do have plenty of points setups that I could take a ignition coil off of.
My question is if the internal ignition coil from a points set up is the same as the one in a CDI set up. I know that there is a voltage difference, 12v for cdi and 6v for points, but coils are coils... right?
If that will not work, dose anyone have a spare Puch CDI that I can rip parts out of?
