I am building two ciaos one variated one maybe not variated for now anyway.  Just ordered athena reed valve kit and 17.5mm phbg will be here by the weekend.  I am going to try the whole dual carb thing.  It comes with a puch style header not sure about what exhaust probably something homemade or something I can get cheap second hand for now.  Ciao number two is getting a 70cc mallossi, proma circuit, and polinni speed case with a 10mm crank, opening up possibilities for future kits that only come with the 10mm pin like the 42mm mallossi etc.

Tom, can you look on the back of the tiny tach and see how hard it would be to take apart?  I was thinking of building it into a different enclosure.

thanks rick, and you of all people know what kind of cylinders are available for that motor. It should be pretty sweet. Kick and electric start, variator, different gearing possibilities, and the good looks of a moped. win win win.

Oh and cuperzacko , Im glad to see I'm not the only one to take advantage of the cheap YZ85 stock chambers . I'd love to see how the streched chamber treats you . You run any numbers to get the mod spec on that or experiance with the chamber itself ? Or just an educated guess / eyeball .

rick, the pipe was eyeballed by my buddy. It was insane on his gila-derbi. Really scary powerband where it'd start all nice and torquey, then his super duper hard and wheelie all crazy. Top speed was acceptable, very similar to blue bendy metrakit pipe.

I'm hoping my super heavy bike (tires mostly) and smaller carb tame it down a tad, but I'm still expecting a strong mid-range pull.

X2 BONE STOCK Piaggio Bravos!

Maybe a nice 43mm engine upgrade for the extra poloni engine I have once I have an extra $175.  And some nice white-wall tires.

If I can find a third bravo, I'll start modding...  No really, I'll do it.

ricky came by and helped get it on the road. it needs a little something here and there. i guess it goes around 35 with the stock muffler. definitely fun. i found some hydralic forks and a disc brake on the side of the house also.

That thing is a sweet little bike . The disk on the front is a super stopper , and the forks/shocks provide a nice smooth ride . Smokes the tire too . Colin LOVES it ! ! !
