looks nice, don't spray paint it.

spray paint comes right off, when gas hits it. .. . or anything else for that matter

Diamond Vogel (local paint store) sells a type of industrial/implement paint in rattle cans, it has stood up to oil, gas, 2t oil and tranny fluid without running fading or rubbing off, hell it's even hard to scratch.  It's like 5.00 a can but it's one coat wonder shit.

Sam, you wouldn't happen to know the brand name of that wonder paint wouldja?  I would like to see if I can find some in ouf harware stores down here in Arkansas.  (will it pass the brake fluid test?)  Smiff

i can attest to the farm paint. it has a different cure rate than the appliance paint though. but the farm paint works great too and has a few more color options. if youre doing multi stage with both types, just let one cure a week before doing the other.

ya thats 2 part urethane auto-motive primer sticky as hell and sands like a dream. ill probably use a two part urethane paint as well

Just saying I did my black maxi with that high temp engine spray paint and clear coated. I am very messy when filling up,so it has had a lot of gas spilled on it and the paint is still there, and looks ok. just saying

Ya it should be runnin soon. i wish i could be at rally but my dad has cancer so i wont be there . still need tires and a new front wheel. maybe some pit bike forks,  anyone see those new variator weights on treats i just ordered them .
