After welding exaust and I tryed to repack it it now has a loss of power or top end . So to regain it would you need to rejet carb bigger ? Smaller . Or it might be just my messing the pipes proformance all up ?

Tomos a35 clear coated older tecnigas . TIG wield could not see what I was doing eyes old hood sucks just guessing. Big blob went into the inside when I burnt a hole in it got it to hot . Stand back and look at it it lookes like a 2 year old has been playing with the mig . So the next wield I thought braze it and it ended up just being a torch wield turned out great . I used most of original fiber glass and some new stuff I had and repacked muffler.
