God help us

On my way to work today I drove past a scooter that had pedals on the outside of the floorboard?!?!?! It looked like a descently expensive Chinese scooter.  Has anyone else seen this hybrids?  How do we get rid of this shenanigans?????

I was going to do that to my scooter when I was looking for a moped, make the pedals into foot pegs!

haha, Im almost postive it was stock.  The weird thing is the pedals are like 2 feet apart because of the floor board.

I bet those are for states that require pedals for something to be classified as a moped. Although I'm sure that those are *technically* operational, they're mostly just decorative given how difficult it would be to pedal something shaped and sized like that.
