Confirmation for BBQ for I.R.E

Hi Mark, I wanted to make sure Sunday the 20th of Sept was still good for you all, for the O'Fallon group to come and BBQ and cook you all dinner at the fort???   

If your ok with it we would get there around 2:30 or so and have dinner ready about 4:30.

We are planning on to BBQ Chicken and some pork,  and we are going to have some things for the non meat eaters also.   

Should we bring our mopeds to maybe ride with you all after dinner??

I wanted to come to this, but the 20th doesnt sound good to me. I thought maybe there was talk of a joint rally thing...

Aaron, Mark won't be back on the interwebs until Friday as I understand it.  But I think 20th is just fine.

Annie, desserts would be cool if you want.  If Mark is ok with that date still, we will bring tables, chairs, and everything... you all have been so nice and we wanted to do somthing for you all! 

Just let us know if we should bring the bikes or not, we would really like to ride with you all after dinner!
