We're working on the forum, trying to add more functionality, make it less generic looking...

There is a lot of work ahead of us, but we're going... Sorry if things look kind of wonky, for a bit.

Please email Mike or I or post  in this thread with any ideas, comments, feedback, complaints, etc...

New changes....

    Your Display Name and User Name are now separate, you can change your display name to something like.... "Jimmy is Foxi" or whatever.
    "Go Up" / "Go Down" you can click these links (just above the first and last post) to scroll all the way to the bottom or top.
    On the side of the program, some numbering systems have been changed, it'll display things different (from $1234.00, to $1,234.00) Neat!

No more bloody eyes!

I made some changes that are little too, my next bit is to fix the images, and make the "post topic" / "reply" look cleaner...

Does anyone care about those smiley faces? How about centering text? I will probably leave the Bold, Italic, Underline, Strike, Image, Link, but other than that, I am getting rid of shit.

    Fixed the ugly links
    made the Icons prettier
    Got rid of the weird background around "Home, Help, Search" menus
    Fixed some link colors

I don't full understand how to change all of the weird icons in the post reply section, yet, but I will figure out.

Hey, can we make links in posts like a slightly different color?  I keep going to copy and paste them, and being surprised that it's a link.  It doesn't have to be lame ol' "link blue" color, but something would be good.  Eh?

Also, when you edit the code, do you do it all in cPanel like I usually do?

Made it so you can have long fancy signatures

Mike- I was trying to do that when you I made the forum really ugly with all red links. I am still working out how to make the post links different colors or perhaps bold without affecting the rest of the links on the page. And how do get into this "Post Reply" area so I can take out all of the obnoxious options. Simple Machines is weird!

Also, Garett and Mike have been working very hard at killing all the spammers and hopefully ensuring we will have to deal with that much less from here on out.

Almost every SMF Forum across the globe was affected by this onslaught from spammers. We know they used Dutch servers, but it's doubtful that they rode mopeds.

All forum links are now in small caps. Its the best I can do for right now, I know it throws some stuff on the pages off, but let me think on it for a bit.
