Sprints aren't horrible looking.  Probably the most palatable Tomos.  And I know you can fix an idle problem.  Plus, you can bring it back here to civilization and sell it for the same or more.

Look like this?

yeh.

shhhhhhh, don't tell anybody where you found it. Yeah, it just means that guy doesn't know what to do with his carb. If I got a tomos, I'd have to make it go fast.

I'd rather make something cool go fast.

I hope you're referring to the speed at which they should be removed upon acquisition. Tomos really wins the prize for designing ugly decals.

Tomos makes some ugly mopeds, by I'd love to play with one in secret and ride it when IRE I'd out of town.

Alex you're in Moped No Mans Land. Get it.

Will I get flamed for saying "I like that ped". It looks to have potential. Unless it is one of the tomos without pedals.

Hey now, my buddy out in LA has one of these. He wieghs about 80-90 lbs and used to have it kitted. He had to put it back to stock, but let me ride it. Thats how I got stuck on the 2 speed A35 motors. A little work, after stock and even a non kitted one is fast as shit.

I dont dig the gaudy stickers but the bikes are pretty quick out of the box. About as close to varaiated as non variated can get. 2 speeds are a lot cooler when they arent za50's.

It has potential for sure, cosmetically that is.  Seems like at that price it is a really good deal.

I emailed tomos man. I also found a golden bullet, a lot further away. What's the deal with the golden bullets? are they as easy to upgrade? It looks sooo much better than this sprint. It's also pretty clean.

A Golden Bullet ... with an A3? If you want to modify for speed, I would avoid the A3. (I might be biased be though. My Tomos is cursed.)

Okay, I'll admit I'm drunk now, and that I was drunk then, and that Topher was drunk then, but...

In Louisville, Topher was talking about how the A3 is an under-appreciated bottom end, and when paired with a newer a35 top end it is unstoppable.

Remember, booze + me knowing nothing about Tomos = me not guaranteeing my statements.

the guy emailed me back, all excited that I'm interested. I dunno, I've left my hobbit at home wounded. I'd hate to go running around with some new fangled ugly hussy.

Plus, there's no variator. Maybe I only want variated peds. That's a lie. But if you guys see any derbis or peugoet 103's around, lemme know.

Actually Graham from the forums said pretty much the same thing about the A3 being underappreciated. And some guy on the PT forum just kitted his and seems tickled pink with the results. Like I said, I think I'm biased against them.
