Honda 1978 PA50II/30 MPH/Yellow the red frame that year is the slower of the 2. Doesn't matter i have a 70 cc kit for it. Why did you call matt about the hobbit before me? I own most of those bikes.... argh...my head hurts...i am out till this cold/flu or whatever gets better...
